Agents for concrete tasks.

    We start with the work you actually do. AI is only interesting when it creates concrete value inside the business that already exists.

  2. You do not need to be AI experts.

    You do not need to understand models, prompts, or vector databases. That is our job. Your job is to know your business best.

  3. Your data does the work.

    Answers should come from your product data, documents, manuals, and internal rules. That is why we start with the data foundation the assistant actually needs in order to help.

  4. We handle operations.

    We scope tightly and deliver quickly. Stable operations and lawful data processing are designed in from the start — so you do not need to watch the technology afterwards.

02Technology

Our platform.

A standard AI chat service can do a little of everything — but nothing truly specific to your business. We build the layer on top: controlling behaviour, giving the assistant governed access to exactly your data, and deploying it where it needs to be used.

03Method

Analysis and collaboration.

A typical delivery moves from first conversation to a live solution in a few weeks. We clarify the plan together and handle adjustments along the way.

  1. 01Week 1–2

    We understand your reality.

    Conversations with the people who actually do the work. Access to relevant data and documents. We clarify what is possible and what will create the most value for you.

  2. 02Week 3–4

    We find the solution that fits.

    We prepare a plan and review it with you. We adjust based on your input. A proposal is prepared and the agreement is put in place.

  3. 03Week 5+

    We build and operate it.

    We develop the solution on top of your data, integrate it into the tools you already use, and look after it in operation. Hosted in the EU, with your ownership of the data.

Eirik Bakke.
Twenty years where business and
technology meet.

Token Effort was founded by Eirik Bakke with one clear purpose: to build AI solutions grounded in business strategy, business understanding, and the right technical architecture.

Background

Eirik is a Solutions Architect and Senior Project Manager with more than twenty years of experience delivering complex digital solutions — from e-commerce and ERP integrations to AI-driven workflows. He works where business and technology meet, and is used to guiding customers from idea and architecture to finished product.

AI & Automation

Eirik has hands-on experience designing AI workflows, prompt engineering, and RAG-based prototypes. He has built everything from automated internal systems to virtual product advisors — and uses the same approach at Token Effort: AI that solves real business problems.
